Standard Regular and Window Envelope Pricing
Envelope Standard Sizes: #10, #9 and #6 3/4
Other standard sizes available, such as 6 1/4, 7 3/4, 8 5/8 (check), #11, #12 and
standard catalogue envelopes.
Envelope Stock: 24# white wove bond commercial envelope stock. Special order stock
available upon request.
Standard Ink Colors: Black, Process Yellow, Reflex Blue, PMS 281/287 Blue, PMS
469 Brown, PMS 347/ 348 / 355 / 356 Green, Red, Warm Red, Rubine Red, PMS
032, 185, 186, 485 Red, and PMS 021 Orange.
Note: Other PMS colors not listed are priced at $20.00 flat fee per color. Metallic or
fluorescent inks are priced at $50.00 per color.
Freight: Freight charges will apply at UPS standard ground rates with no handling charges. Second day blue and overnight shipments are available.

Combination Policy: The above combination run provides pricing for two or more
envelopes which have the same copy and same ink colors(s). If the color(s) are the
same but the copy is different on two or more envelopes, add $20.00 flat fee per copy
change. Large quantity single and combination pricing available upon request.
Special Ordering Option/Store and Release Program
Fuller & Associates will, upon request, manufacture larger quantities of envelopes and will
store and release smaller quantities periodically from the stored stock upon customer’s
request. The advantages of this program are as follows:
1). Ordering larger volume creates better unit prices or pricing per 1000
envelopes;
2). The unit value or per 1000 pricing, is passed on to smaller periodic orders;
3). You, the customer, do not pay for the initial larger quantity order but only on the
smaller periodic orders at the better unit or per 1000 price garnered by larger
quantity primary order;
4). You never run out of envelopes since your releases from stock are tracked;
5). Your envelope order is stored in an environmentally controlled storage area
conducive of envelope protection;
6). There is no limit to the quantity of envelopes ordered.
Storage/Release of Stock Guidelines:
1). Envelopes are printed at the reception of the order and are stored for release;
therefore, the envelope copy or colors can not be changed;
2). Six month storage with monthly or bimonthly release of 1000 minimum order.
Annual storage with monthly, bimonthly, trimonthly and or quarterly release
available on approval of Fuller & Associates. |
